A Good Day... And Good Night.

I went up to play some sports with the Hope Fellowship Youth Group today. Great fun. Played dodgeball and a few variants. Afterwards, myself and a couple of friends went and saw Aeon Flux. Pretty darn good movie. Anywho...

Main points today:
1. God has blessed me with some great Christian friends.
2. Exercise is good.
3. I need more exercise.

Good Night.

Bible study

Hi,

I tried to leave this post as an attachment to your post in the saltshakers community but it wouldn't let me post even though I joined, so I thought I would post it this way. God bless.

Hi,

You have an absolute right to have a Bible study group if your school has any other extra-curricular groups. If there is a Chess club, French club, etc., you can do the Bible club. You may need to get an adult sponser, I'm not sure about that. Also, have you heard about First Priority? It is a huge group that supports local faith groups at schools around the country. They usually have a teacher sponsor, but due to the separation clause mess, they are to some extant limited in their participation. Often there is a student leader who keeps things organized. Activities can include guest speakers, round table discussions & prayer, and group singing. Of course, it all depends on the local situation. Most of the time they meet before school begins once a week on the school campus. Check out www.fpoa.org and see what comes up.
